Rooibos tea is GREAT! People have talked about green tea for so long and never considered that this red tea was just as good for you, and it tastes better. I encourage anyone who's considering getting some to take a look at this article to see all the benefits of this great tea. @t

Ideally drink tea with filtered water or reverse osmosis.

Really appreciate your video, just made my first cup and was surprised with the dark rust color, your video put my mind at ease. Thanksare there any other teas besides green tea and mint tea that you would suggest? Thanks again

One tip: Don't use boiling hot water with rooibos tea. If you want the full benefits of the tea you should wait for the water to cool down ideally to 80-85 degrees celsius. That way you ensure the heat won't destroy the antioxidants and minerals in the tea.
